The emphasis of Pilates Conditioning is the “core”, which targets all of the abdominal musculature, glutes, hips, inner thighs, lower back muscles.
Smart Workout Pilates trainings incorporate the Reformer, an apparatus specially designed to achieve maximum results in Pilates.

All packages expire in 150 days.
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Cancellations must be made by close of business on the previous calendar day.
Packages of Pilates Privates give facility access only on the dates of trainings.
The gym may be used on other days with the purchase of a facility pass.
