



To launch our new Weight Loss Program, Smart Workout is hosting a day full of nutrition lectures and exercise classes, available to the public for free.
Wellness activities will run continuously throughout the day:
11:30 Nutrition lecture: “Nutrition and Athletic Performance”
12:15 Exercise class: Kickboxing
1:00 Nutrition lecture: “Healthy Cooking Tips” [food provided, reservations required]
1:45 Exercise class: Total Body Conditioning
2:30 Nutrition lecture: “Nutrition Tips for Losing Fat”
3:15 Exercise class: Katami
4:00 Exercise class: Abs
There is no charge to attend any portion of the day’s program and it is open to the public. But advance reservation is required, as the size of our exercise classes are limited. To make a reservation, fill in the box below.

Elaine Platt first had the idea for a unique type of gym merging the concepts of personal training and group exercise after throwing a fitness-themes party for friends. "Everybody was trying to throw a more original party than the next (person), and I decided to have a fitness party," said Platt. With the trainers hired from a local gym the guests switched exercise stations every 30 minutes. "The group would break up into smaller groups," she explained.
