Vacation Packages

We will be offering three packages: Sunday to Tuesday; Tuesday through Friday, and Friday through Sunday.*

All packages include lodging, 3 meals a day, exercise classes, fitness and nutrition lectures, spa services, personal trainings, and fitness excursions. The Friday through Sunday, and the Tuesday through Friday packages, also include cooking demonstrations.

The excursions on Friday through Sunday are evening excursions, and include visits to a museum, a dance center, and a Broadway show. The excursions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are during the day, and visit New York City cultural attractions that have a physical component, such as ice skating lessons in Bryant Park, or walking the Highline.

Morning power walks each visit different NYC neighborhoods.

All transportation (when we are not walking), is by limousine or town car.

Each package includes a complimentary spa service, and a complimentary personal training.**
