Small Group Exercise Classes

Free weights are used to increase resistance in five different small group fitness classes. We offer four 30 minute workouts which target the lower body, upper body, abs and "Buff Bottoms", and a 45 minute gym workout which targets all of these areas to provide Total Body Conditioning.
