To maximize the cardio impact of the class, Airopes TW incorporates the Trampoline, which also increases agility and balance.
To increase lower body strength, Airopes TW, incorporates use of the WAVE, a C-shaped stepper, which provides intense cardio, in addition to strengthening moves.
