Thanks for the comment! Glad to hear that you are starting fresh with a new routine. Boosting weight loss will really be dependent on your goals, but generally, I tell people to make sure you combat at multiple ends- exercise, healthy eating, and identifying the underlying stress and external cues that are affecting you.
